Spec, a 7 year old wild horse was hit on the beach Saturday morning.

Authorities need your help. "If it was an accident, that's one thing" says the Wild Horse Fund Director, Karen McCalpin. "But if this was intentional, it is a felony".

The vehicle should have damage to the front end. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (252) 453-8204.
